HelixQA is an AI product quality assurance engine. You configure AI products, suites and tests, execute evaluation runs, and receive scored QA reports. Plans and prices shown on the pricing page are subject to confirmation; free and paid tiers apply as stated at purchase.
You retain ownership of the products, suites, cases and results you create. You grant HelixQA the rights needed to operate the service (including running evaluations you initiate). You are responsible for having the right to submit any data you test with.
Do not use the service to violate law, probe systems you are not authorized to test, or upload malware. Abuse of evaluation capacity (e.g., deliberately overloading judge models) may result in throttling.
