FAQ
Short answers to the questions that come up first.
Is a 200 response a passing test?
No. Execution status and QA status are separate. The answer can be well-formed HTTP and still fail correctness, groundedness or safety.
Do evaluation errors count as failures?
No. Judge/provider failures are surfaced as evaluation errors and excluded from product-quality failure counts.
Are generated tests saved automatically?
No. Generation returns candidates; a human approves which ones enter the suite.
Can I self-host?
The documented deployment is the managed API at helixqa.onrender.com. Self-hosting options are not part of the current product surface.
Where do I get API keys?
API keys / service accounts are a planned capability and are not yet available. Use personal access via auth tokens; the in-app Settings → API access page reflects this status.
What does the free plan include?
See the pricing page for current tiers. Prices shown there are placeholders pending final packaging.
